Individuality or Team work
Although both are necessary , individuality is much more important , it is what we are made of within 24 hours per day each and every day in our live , what we do, and what we accomplish .Most of the turning points in human history are done by individuals rather than groups or teams ; inventions , discoveries , and most achievements in Arts , Sciences , Philosophies ..etc..etc..
Some try to group people in flocks or herds..., does it work..? maybe ...if they don't have time or don't want to think.., think about it...people are like finger prints..similar but never the same...
